This Law, composed of seven articles, institutes the National Programme “Pró-Cachaça”, supporting spirit production. The Law compels the National Government to prepare within 90 days the implementing regulation and to manage and supervise the overall running of the programme. Moreover, the Law defines all national packaging minimum requirements.
