Second Ordinance amending the Planting Material Ordinance and the Ordinance on the register of seeds relating to the Seeds Marketing Act.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Odinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Annex 1 of the Planting Material Ordinance of 16 June 1998 (BGBl. I, p. 1322) and article 2 to the Annex of the Ordinance on the register of seeds relating to the Seeds Act of 27 August 1985 (BGBl. I p. 1762). The text consists of 4 articles.
