Measures for the archival administration of local standards for environmental quality and pollutant discharge.

These Measures are formulated in order to strengthen the archival administration of the standards for local environment protection. The Central Government shall submit standards for environmental quality and pollutant discharge to the State Environment Protection Administration for archival purposes (art. 3). The local environment quality standards (art. 11) and the local standards for pollutant discharge submitted for archiving shall meet requirements defined in articles 6 and 7.
