Resolution No. 14/2002 ruling on trade liberalisation of wheat flour.

This Resolution composed of two articles, rules on trade liberalisation of wheat flour for the companies using it as starting substance in the processing of their products. The Resolution states that the market of production, import, and wholesale of wheat and wheat flour will be liberalised in 2004.
