Quality of Bathing Waters (Amendment) Regulations, 2001 (S.I. No. 22 of 2001).

These Regulations designate certain areas as a bathing area for the purposes of the Quality of Bathing Waters Regulations, 1992. They also assign to the Environmental Protection Agency the function of granting departures under article 5 of the 1992 Regulations.
