Resolution No. 16 of 2001 amending the Implementing Regulation of the Law on Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources.

This Resolution amends Implementing Regulation of the Law on Marine Fishing and Living Aquatic Resources Protection. Article 1 adds the following new clause to article 20 of the Implementing Regulation for Marine Fishing and Living Aquatic Resources Protection: (n) “requirements for, and description of fishing vessels and their safety conditions “.
