Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2017/2005 establishing a prohibition of fishing for red fish in NAFO zone 3M by vessels flying the flag of a Member State.
As from 22 November 2005, fishing vessels flying the flag of a Member State shall not fish for red fish in NAFO zone 3M. It shall also be prohibited to retain on board, tranship or land such stock caught by those vessels after that date.
