Environment Protection (Effluent Discharge Permit) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. 43 of 2004).

These Regulations amend the Environment Protection (Effluent Discharge Permit) Regulations 2003 in relation to definitions (reg. 2), the form for a effluent discharge permit (reg. 5) and the list of industrial activities requiring an effluent discharge permit (First Schedule). Furthermore some minor and technical amendments are made.
