Irrigation Authority (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 38 of 2004).

This Act amends the Irrigation Authority Act by inserting a new section authorizing the Irrigation Authority to borrow money, with the approval of the Minister, in such manner and on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
