Decree implementing Commission Directive 2005/5/EC amending Directive 2002/26/EC as regards sampling methods and methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of ochratoxin A in certain foodstuffs.
By way of implementation of Commission Directive 2005/5/EC, this Decree establishes the methods to be applied to carry out the sampling for the official control of the levels of ochratoxin A in foodstuffs.
