The present Regulation establishes the modalities of forest classification by categories in conformity with the protective functions thereof and shall be applicable to all forests. The application for transfer of forests from one category into another must contain the following documentation: (a) application on transfer or classification of forests in conformity with the protective functions thereof; (b) conclusions of the state forestry enterprise; (c) forest management map containing the actual and the prospected delimitation of forests by groups and protective functions.
