The present Ordinance implements the Water Act of 11 September 1973. Article 2 establishes that a concession is needed for the use of heat pumps in public waters. The competent authority shall issue guidelines concerning the use of public waters for heating. Article 3 deals with the application of rules concerning the policing of waterworks. In particular, they are (articles 41 to 58 of the above-mentioned Law) applicable to all public and private waters of the Canton. The text consists of 8 articles.
