The present Regulation implements the Pesticide Act (R.S.Q., chapter P-9.3). The Pesticides Advisory Committee shall accept and consider an application from a registrant for the classification of a pesticide. The Committee may recommend to the Director to accept or refuse to classify a pesticide. Furthermore, it may recommend to the director to reclassify a pesticide if it considers it appropriate to do so . The text consists of 131 sections.
