Sea Fish (Conservation) (Channel Islands) (Amendment) Order 2001.

This Order amends the Sea Fish (Conservation) (Channel Islands) Order 1981 so as to redefine its application sphere in respect of Guernsey. As a consequence various amendments made to Part I of the principal Order, which specifies the provisions of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 that shall apply to Guernsey.
