The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to solid waste. The text consists of 138 sections divided into 14 Parts as follows: Interpretation (I); Certificates (II); Guarantee (III); Sanitary landfill (IV); Incineration (V); Recovery of mixed waste (VI); Composting of mixed waste (VII); Pyrolysis (VIII); Dry materials disposal site (IX); In-trench disposal site for solid waste (X); Mixed waste transfer stations (XI); Collection and transportation of solid waste (XII); Apportionment of costs among the municipalities (XIII); Limitation of the number of elimination sites (XIV). Three Schedules are enclosed.
