Zoological collections shall be considered collections systematic collection of scientific, educational and aesthetic value registered in accordance with the established modalities and containing: (a) live organisms; (b) wet and dry specimen of wildlife species and their parts; (c) wet and dry organisms including stuffed animals and birds, carcasses, skins, skeletons and parts of them; (d) eggs. Special authorization for the creation of zoological collection shall not be required. The state registration of zoological collections shall be carried out by recording them in the register of zoological collections. Import and export of zoological collections containing endangered species shall be carried out by special authorization.
