The present Ordinance implements the Water Resources Act of 21 October 1992. In particular, it lays down in details certain activities, such as abstraction of groundwater and surface waters, use of hydropower, which require a concession for the use of public waters. Moreover, the text deals with application forms and their processing by the competent authority. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Administrative proceedings (II); Special provisions (III); Final provisions (IV).
