The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the distribution of competencies among the various bodies dealing with radiation protection. The Annex lists in details authorities competent for specific administrative services, such as, for example, issuing licences to produce nuclear energy, or to demolish atomic energy plants. The text consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
