Decree implementing Commission Directive 2006/77/EC amending Annex I to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum levels for organochlorine compounds in animal feed.

Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 149 of 2004 is amended as set out in the Annex attached to this Decree. The amendments concern certain undesirable substances in animal feed and fish feed and related maximum levels, with regard to specified fats and oils.
