Legislative Decree No. 201 implementing Directive 2005/32/EC establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-using products.

This Legislative Decree sets out the framework concerning the placing on the market and distribution of energy-using products. These provisions implement Directive 2005/32/EC on ecodesign requirements. Article 18 sets out the penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
