Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 2007 (S.I. No. 642 of 2007).

This Order requires a person keeping pigs on a holding to notify the Secretary of State, requires records to be kept and requires pigs to be marked with ear tags or tattoos. The Order specifies what these marks must contain, which varies in different circumstances, and deals with documentation necessary when pigs are moved.
