These Rules amend the Andhra Pradesh silkworm seed and cocoon (control) Rules, 1983. New sub-rules shall be inserted in rules 3, 4, 5 and 11 dealing with conditions of licences, application forms, licensing authority and requirements for obtaining a licence. In the Tables under rule 6 and 7 new entries shall be added as specified in the text. Furthermore, new registration forms shall be added after Form 15.
