Commission Regulation (EC) No. 318/2008 amending Council Regulation (EC) No. 338/97 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein.
This Regulation replaces the Annex to Regulation (EC) No. 338/97, which lays down notes on the interpretation of Annexes A, B, C and D listing out wild fauna and flora species the trade of which is regulated by particular provisions.
