Kerala Ground Water (Control and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2005 (Act No. 22 of 2005).
This Act amends the Kerala Ground Water (Control and Regulation) Act, 2002 by substituting sub section (1) of section 9 with a new sub section on the granting of certificates of registration for the use of ground water.
