This Act creates a marine reserve area for purposes of preservation of the marine environment and to regulate the fishing and harvesting of marine life. For a period of five years any disturbance of fish and marine life shall be prohibited. Only seasonal fish species may be removed during its respective season. An assessment of the fish population and marine life shall be carried out after three years of the date of establishment of the reserve for purposes of sustainable fishing and harvesting.
