Commission Regulation (EC) No. 541/2008 adapting certain fish quotas for 2008 pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No. 847/96 introducing additional conditions for year-to-year management of TACs and quotas.

These provisions amend Regulation (EC) No. 40/2008, Regulation (EC) No. 1404/2007 and Regulation (EC) No. 2015/2006 by increasing and reducing the fish quotas established therein in accordance with Annexes I and II to this Regulation respectively.
