Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. No. 373 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 by revising the requirements for accreditation of an exporter imposed by the principal Regulations.
