Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. No. 424 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 to correct certain errors and in accordance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2006/8/EC amending, for the purposes of their adaptation to technical progress, Annexes II, III and V to Council Directive 1999/45/EC.
