The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 121/2005). In particular, the Ordinance amends articles 16 concerning recycling of used electrical equipment; article 26 dealing with exchange of data concerning waste disposal.
