The present Ordinance implements the Thuringia Forestry Law of 6 August 1993. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Promotion of private and corporate forests (I); Granting of subsidies for private forests (II); Final provisions (III). Three Annexes are enclosed.
