Common Agricultural Policy (Single Farm Payment and Support Schemes and Cross-Compliance) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 (S.S.I. No. 184 of 2008).

These Regulations implement Community legislation regarding support schemes for agriculture. They amend, among other things, the Agricultural Subsidies (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
