The present Regulation enacts the Climate Change and Emissions Management Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to gas emissions. The text consists of 30 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Interpretation and application (1); Emissions intensity limits, true-up, emission offsets, fund credits, emission performance credits (2); Reporting, records, confidentiality and third party auditors (3); Emissions intensity baselines (4); Exemptions (5); Enforcement (6); Expiry (7).
