The present Regulations enact the Fish Inspection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the inspections of establishments processing fish. The text consists of 49 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Inspections (I); Operations and management (II); Quality assurance (III); Sanitation requirements (IV); Storing, handling and transportation requirements for maintaining fish quality on vessels (V).
