Wheat Export Marketing (Repeal and Consequential Amendments) Act 2008 (No. 66 of 2008).

This Act is consequential upon the enactment of the Wheat Export Marketing Act 2008, which sets up a new system for regulating exports of wheat. It repeals the Wheat Marketing Act 1989 and makes consequential amendments to other legislation.
