Commission Directive 2009/26/EC amending Council Directive 96/98/EC on marine equipment.

This Directive amends Directive 96/98/EC by replacing the text in Annex A. The objective is to update the standards applicable to a number of items of marine equipment, in order to put them in line with those adopted by the International Maritime Organisation.
