This Regulation limits the volatile organic compound contents of selected consumer products, paints and printing inks and controls the emissions from certain printing machines. The Regulation further provides for: label specifications; prohibition on manufacture and import of regulated printing inks and consumer products listed in Schedule 2 and 3; offences and penalties; etc.
