Republic Act No. 9286 amending the Provincial Water Utilities Act, 1973.
This Act amends sections 13 and 23 of the Provincial Water Utilities Act, 1973 dealing with the appointment of a General Manager for the Board and fixing compensations for the Director and General Manager.
