The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of varieties of wild flora. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Completely protected indigenous plants (1); Completely protected non-indigenous plants (2); Partly protected plants (3); Measures concerning living space of protected plants (4); Exceptions (5); Penalties (6); Repeal (7). Three Annexes are enclosed.
