Pesticides (Registration) (Amendment) Rules, 2008.

These Rules amend the Pesticides (Registration) Rules, 2005. Amendments include: minor word changes in rule 3; substitution of rule 4 with a new rule on Registration fees; and minor word changes in the Schedule.
