Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (W.S.I. 3129 (W.272) of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes by; inserting a provision on minimum claim requirements: updating references to EC legislation; making specification regarding deductions which will be made from direct payments payable to farmers; making provision in Wales for the administration of European legislation which is expected to be revoked and remade.
