Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 3275 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) Regulations 2009 in relation with the application sphere of the principal Regulations and by adding references to regulations implementing Directive 92/43/EC in relation to marine areas where the United Kingdom exercises jurisdiction beyond its territorial sea.
