Environment Protection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2009 (GN No. 18 of 2009).
These Regulations amend the Environment Protection Act in Schedule 11 by adding a new Item which recites as follows: “6. keeping any house, tenement, wall or any other structure or building in a dirty or unsightly state”.
