This Order establishes competence of the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service related to supervision over exploration, rational management and protection of subsoil that shall be carried out in the form of inspection by the authorized bodies. The purpose of the foresaid inspection shall be the enforcement of legislation related to subsoil management and protection. The objectives of inspection shall be: (a) compliance with legislative requirements on subsoil; (b) compliance with licensing terms and conditions for subsoil management; (c) availability of technical mining schemes; (d) reliability of data on state and change of mineral deposits; and (e) reliability of data related to payment of environmental fees. Inspection report shall contain information on detected offences and offenders.
