Ministerial Decree No. 994 validating the Regulation on state monitoring of aquatic biological resources and its data application.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out state monitoring of aquatic biological resources and its data application. Monitoring represents the system of regular observations of: (a) distribution, number, quality and reproduction of aquatic biological resources and natural habitat thereof; and (b) fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources.
