Regional Legislative Decree No. 5/2010 on incentive system to energy production from renewable sources (PROENERGIA).

This Regional Legislative Decree is composed of sixteen articles. It sets a system of incentive to be issued to energy production from renewable sources (PROENERGIA) and regulates the requirements for financing the projects as well as the duties of the related management bodies.
