Decree 380/2003 on veterinary requirements for trade in semen, egg cells and embryos, and veterinary conditions of their import from third countries.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 29 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community: (a) veterinary requirements for trade in semen, egg cells and embryos of cattle, swine, sheep, goats and horses with the member states of the European Union; (b) veterinary conditions of import of embryonic products from third countries; (c) conditions of issuing veterinary certification which accompanies germinal products. This Decree does not apply to artificial insemination and to bovine semen collected before 1 January 1990.
