This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, measures against the introduction and spread of pests of plants and plant products. Prohibited harmful organisms are specified in Annex 1 part A. Prohibited plants and plant products (if attacked by harmful organisms) are specified in Annex 2 part A. Harmful organisms specified in Annex 1 part B are prohibited to be spread to protected areas specified in the same part of this Annex. Plants and plant products (if attacked by harmful organisms) specified in Annex 2 part B are prohibited to be spread to protected areas specified in the same part of this Annex. These harmful organisms are divided into the following groups: (a) organisms which have not occurred in the European Community; (b) organisms which have occurred in the Community but are not endemic; (c) other organisms which are important for certain protected areas.
