These Regulations amend the Port Regulations (2008 Revision) in relation with a wide variety of matters including: cargo statements to be furnished by vessels; removal of ships in fairways, the erections of marks and the laying of buoys, the landing of explosives; pre-arrival notification and instructions; and various charges.
