This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall be authorized state institution carrying functions related to biotechnology, timber and wood processing industry. The Ministry shall have competence in the following spheres: (a) voluntary certification; (b) standardization; (c) technical regulation; and (d) registration of nuclear materials.
