The Premier, with a view of conservation of biological diversity of wild fauna and wild flora of natural ecosystems of particular ecological, historical, cultural and aesthetic value of the recreational area of Issyk Kul lake, orders to set up state biosphere reserve national park “Kyrchan”. Total area of 35000 ha of land (Annex 1) shall be transferred on condition of open-ended land tenure to the category of land of protected areas. Annex 2 contains mapping and description of the boundaries of state biosphere reserve national park “Kyrchan”.
